Founded by Tamara Nalls, this practice supports individuals, families, organizations, and communities navigating serious illness, dying, caregiving, and grief. Services are designed to complement medical and hospice care while honoring each person’s values, culture, and lived experience.

With over 30 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and elders from all walks of life, Tamara offers calm, steady support from life’s beginning through its final transition.

Tamara Nalls is a certified End-of-Life Doula and Life Coach through IAP Career College, with decades of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan.

Her work centers on deep listening, emotional steadiness, and ethical, non-directive support. Tamara brings a grounded, compassionate presence to those facing life-limiting illness, end-of-life decisions, caregiving challenges, and transition.
